Blu Ristorante is a successful restaurant largely due to the team it has. Alfredo Rodriguez is the owner and general manager. Alfredo has operated Blu for 10 years and has been involved in hospitality since he was a teenage working in restaurants in Mexico, Spain, and Canada. Eric Bucher is the chef at Blu Ristorante.

Originally from San Francisco, Chef Eric has worked at BLU for the last six years. Trained at le Cordon Bleu, Eric is always trying to find ways to be innovative at Blue and improve the customer experience. Cody Ovans is a service industry professional with over 10 years of experience. Cody believes that the success of a restaurant is dependant on the customer experience and always services to ensure people are satisfied when visiting Blu Ristorante.

Blu Ristorante has a wide selection of meals on their dinner menu, ensuring each customer will find their favourites. These include pan seared Atlantic salmon, rack of lamb, tuna tartare, chicken breast, beef tenderloin, calamari, lobster, and many types of different pastas and salads.

The Yorkville restaurant also features an impressive dessert menu with items such as doughnuts, cannolis, tiramisu, biscotti, cake, and panna cotta. Blu Ristorante is able to accommodate any dietary needs, ensuring everyone can attend the establishment and enjoy a meal without worrying about any restrictions they have.

Blu offers three private dining restaurant rooms for any dining occasion. These rooms hold 12 guests, 12 to 20 guests, and 22 to 30 guests respectively. The restaurant is also available for full buyouts any day of week.

Private rooms are equipped with a complimentary audio/visual system that includes a selection of professional microphones, speakers, projectors, lighting, screens, and podium, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful event.
